SoreKnees

After severe knee pain all weekend because quite frankly I'm a fatty, Ive decided enough is enough. D Day has begun. This blog is for my benefit really, somewhere to ramble and track my progress. I'm thinking i way something like 20 stone plus, but need to weigh myself first. Planning to go weight watchers tomorrow just to weigh. I don't plan to follow a diet plan.

Today my meal plan is as follows:
B- 2 slices of toast with butter and 2 boiled eggs
S-Apple
L-2 slices of bread no butter and a tin of soup
D-Chili con Cane
S-Weigh Watchers Dessert/Yogut
