Reasons for losing weight!

1. I want to stop wearing black trousers, I've been wearing them since the age of 16
2. I want my knees to stop aching even when i sit down
3. My Neck hurts
4. I want to look better
5. I want to feel sexy with my boyfriend
6. I want to learn to love myself so i can accept others love.
7. I want to travel and wear holiday clothes
8. I want to have a photo shoot
9. I want to make my mother proud of me.
10. I want to wear normal clothes and be a fashionista.

After severe knee pain all weekend because quite frankly I'm a fatty, Ive decided enough is enough. D Day has begun. This blog is for my benefit really, somewhere to ramble and track my progress. I'm thinking i way something like 20 stone plus, but need to weigh myself first. Planning to go weight watchers tomorrow just to weigh. I don't plan to follow a diet plan.

Today my meal plan is as follows:
B- 2 slices of toast with butter and 2 boiled eggs
S-Apple
L-2 slices of bread no butter and a tin of soup
D-Chili con Cane
S-Weigh Watchers Dessert/Yogut
